The Pointers have never lost to Alma and that streak continues since they started playing in the same conference in 2021. Van Buren opened up a 2-0 lead with goals by Santiago Dela Fuente and Kho Phalakhone. Alma got on the board with a penalty kick to make 2-1 but the Pointer D kept Alma in check. Said Mendez sealed the win with a late goal to make it, 3-1!
