The Van Buren Pointers remain undefeated with a win at Siloam Springs back on Sept. 1.
Bre Lee won medalist honors in the women’s match as she fired off a 41 to edge Siloam Springs’ Brinkley Beaver by one stroke. Jaelyn Cooper had a 60 for Van Buren.
Payton Watman and Cole Matthews tied with Siloam Springs’ Cody Beyer for medalist honors in the mens’ division as each shot a 39.
Van Buren defeated Siloam Springs by six strokes (160-168).
Rounding out the rest of the team was Peyton Stall (40), Joe Hamby (42) and Luke Whitlow (44). Devin Moore also shot a 40 for Van Buren.
Van Buren traveled to Vashe Grasse for a match with Greenwood on Tuesday and will host Springdale on Sept. 12.
