The Lady Pointers and Pointers are on the road tonight at Greenbrier for their second conference matchup with each looking to pick up their first conference win on the year.

The Lady Pointers (6-6, 0-1) lost a heart-breaker Tuesday night to Russellville 42-41. Brooklyn Kannady led all scorers with 18 pts while Bailee Woodard and Liz Rainwater each added 9 pts.
The Greenbrier Lady Panthers (10-2, 0-1) dropped their conference opener to Greenwood on Tuesday night 84-48.

The Pointers (6-3, 0-1), paced by a team high 18 pts from Avery Salisbury and an additional 15 pts from Conner Myers, fought back from a 12 point first quarter deficit and took a one point lead in the second half before Russellville eventually closed out the Pointer's bid for a come from behind win.
Greenbrier (4-5, 1-0) earned a conference win against Greenwood at home on Tuesday night 36-29. The Panthers have played well at home this season picking up three of their four wins there. For the Pointers, the road has served them well as they are 3-0 away from Clair Bates Arena and attempt to extend the road win streak to four.

No JV games will be played tonight. Varsity girls tip at 6:00 pm with the varsity boys to follow at approximately 7:30.

Watch tonight's game on YouTube through the Greenbrier Panther Sports Network. Go Pointers!
