In entertaining fashion the Pointers defeated the Airedales, 48-47 last night with a half-court buzzer beater by Avery Salisbury! In the first matchup of the year Van Buren dominated Alma 56-41 at Clair Bates Arena.
The Pointers will be the #3 seed in the 5A West Conference Tournament and host the winner of Greenbrier and Mt. Home on Monday, March 1 at CBA!
