Jaxon Cazzell was selected as the Pointer Player of the Week for December 26 - January 1. The 6'1" Sophomore was a huge part of a 2-1 week for the Pointers at the Hoops for Hunger Tournament at Russellville.

During those three games Jaxon averaged 12 points and 3 rebounds while shooting 67% from the field and 64% from the 3 pt. line. Defensively he was a major factor as well leading the team in deflections and steals during those 3 games.
