The Van Buren Pointers have done it again going Back 2 Back 2 Back Team State Champions. In a field of 22 teams, the Pointers finished with 173 team points to win by 43 points over the Runner-Up, Hot Springs Lakeside.
Just 3 weeks ago Van Buren went 3-Peat in Dual State giving them 6 State Championships in 3 years! The last Van Buren sports team to have a 3-peat was the Girls Basketball team in 1953, 1954 and 1955.
